Works, you may want to buy extra fuses for your car

Took up to a ride. Only one-time use was possible, but not through the fault of the manufacturer. I bought this because I wanted it to charge my Nintendo Switch and DS on a long car ride. When I used it, it stayed pretty cool charging two devices (an iPhone 6s and an iPod Touch). It charged my iPhone 6s slower than my car, but charged my son's 2nd gen iPod Touch quickly. Sitting on a short console between the two front seats, the iPod touch's USB charging cable easily reached the second row seats of my Honda Odyssey minivan. This allowed my son to hear his iPod while charging. The only problem was that when I wasn't looking, my spouse plugged in a 20ft extension cord and tried to fire the hot glue gun. It blew (as expected). So we didn't get to enjoy this inverter during the 8-hour drive home. I highly recommend getting a spare set of fuses for your car and tossing a pair of old needle nose pliers in the glove box. If the fuse blows while driving, you can replace it so easily. It's very easy once you figure out where the right fuse is. I watched videos on YouTube. The replacement fuses for my 2015 Honda Odyssey were Low Profile Mini 58VDC Silver 15A Blue Fuses. The front console cigarette lighter/socket fuse is located in the passenger side cabin. But this is probably unique to my make/car model. Your vehicle's owner's manual should list the location and type of fuse you need. The fuses are a dollar each, but I bought 5 to make sure this doesn't happen again.
