I ordered the correct size my son needed (size 8 for a 9 year old) but the elastic at the bottom was very loose. You are not attracted to them at all. We were able to put the rubber band in, but the area at the back of the pants didn't fit either. The seat area of the pants is shortened. When my son sat down and his pants came down. The length is great, just not from the crotch to the elastic. The shirts suit him. No problem with them.
