I have been using Gigi Brazilian Body Wax for many years. This is a great product but the only problem is that it is packaged in a tin and cannot be microwaved. To do this, you have to place the jar in a saucepan of boiling water in shallow water, which is awkward and not the safest method. I also burned the pan. This Depimiel wax can be used in the microwave and appears to have the same effectiveness but is much easier to use. As with the previous product, Depimiel sometimes requires a few uses, but it does the job well. I always wash and dry my skin thoroughly before waxing and powder it before depilating. (It seems like the powder helps the wax adhere better to the skin.) I thought the black color would help me see the areas where the wax was applied, and I think that might be true. But trust me, I always do this procedure in the privacy of my bathroom with no one else in sight, including my 42-year-old husband, who I love so much and don't deserve to have this process up close and personal see!
