We are renovating our kitchen and wanted to replace and upgrade an old and ugly fan. The place where the original fan was located didn't offer much space, so I wanted to reduce the area it occupies. I like the look, the size, the dimmable LED lighting and the fan performance. The remote control works very well, but takes a little getting used to. We chose to plug it into a three position switch from either end of the kitchen. My husband said the installation was difficult as the instructions weren't very good and he wasn't happy with the look on the ceiling either. You can update the review shortly with more information and photos. We're trying to figure out how we're going to clean the fan blades. It says it's easy, but it's not in the instructions.
