Purchase at your own risk; Mine goes in the GARBAGE. i want it to work I recently discovered that the "cigarette lighter" plug "NEVER" works. I contacted the manufacturer and they didn't even talk about it because it was bought 200 days ago. The company is NOT interested in investigating defects. I put off my car's inspection (I thought it was my new Subaru with an electrical problem). I ended up wanting to have my car serviced because the car cooler was not working. Yes I put it off because it's a brand new car. Other things to focus on. However, we recently plugged the cigarette lighter into an electrical generator at home; didn't go there either. I know that once I used the plug in the car the car wouldn't start afterwards (new car) so I called the dealer and restarted it. I say at home, with a conventional two-pronged plug in an outlet; Cooler was great! So useless for me in the car. It goes in the GARBAGE. It's hot in Arizona. i take the kids I will not rely on this product to get us all through 114 degrees if we have an apartment. I also waited to post this review until I heard from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they are not interested in defective goods. I hope all buyers live in cool climates.
