Poor performance but even poorer customer service trying to return

The unit is very nice visually but performance is horrible. You can't keep the temperature steady as if you set at 32 degrees F it will cool down to 32 degrees where the temperature probe is and then shut down for 3-5 minutes and then when the temperature reaches 36 degrees F the compressor will kick back on for about a minute or less and then shut off at 32F. Update: Still super happy but things you might want to know

Others have reviewed and as scientifically as possible given the temperature control abilities of this cooler so I'll focus on other areas. The cooler is very good looking and compact for the amount storage. It feels well made with the lid latch and the use of a ball chain instead of plastic strip to keep the lid from overextending. Great refrigerator/freezer for Truckers!

Been using this item for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it; works as described and the quality has exceeded my expectations, very solid and isn't all that heavy to boot. It keeps beverages ice cold when set at 4 degrees Celsius, no Fahrenheit settings; just remember 0 degrees is freezing. Fast delivery, well packed and well built appliance

UPDATE: Just before the 1 year warranty was up the hinge broke. I contacted the manufacturer through the ebay site. They responded quickly and had me sent some photos. They covered it under warranty and quickly sent me out a full set of hinges that I installed myself as I had requested. This was a great experience. Great Option for camping and traveling

This seemed to have very accurate temperature control. A great product to bring on vacation. We travelled from Iowa to Utah. We stayed in Airbnbs and other hotels with kitchens. First of all will start out with what I like most. The size of this model is absolutely perfect for trunk or backseat. That's Not a Freezer!

So far so good. Two important points:1. That's not a freezer. I just assumed the small portion was a freezer, and that's on me. It is actually a refrigerator, if you use the big part as a freezer. When setting the operational parameters, you have the option to set the compressor to kick on a certain number of degrees over your target temp, and shut off a certain number of degrees under. Great cooler best in my review

This cooler is great. We have used it gor 5 road trips and it works great. Its a little heavy and my only thing i would suggest is handles that fold down. They stick out a few inches on each side and make it a tight fit behind my passenger seat. Other than that great product
