The light no longer works after a week.
I received this product about 2 weeks ago. 1st week it worked fine, 2nd week I can't use it anymore and it doesn't recognize the headset. I've tried troubleshooting (by going to device manager) but the light still doesn't come on even though it's already plugged in. It is good that our company reimbursed this cost.
