Stops working after 2 months
Revain won't accept returns after 30 days and Dell's customer service is a nightmare. I will never buy a Dell laptop again. This charger does not come with a one-year warranty as the charger was not purchased directly from Dell. I found out about this after explaining the issue to 4 different "helpdesk" staff who were asking the same questions. Her hearing skills are severely deficient. Now I'm waiting for a call back.
