My son wanted snow for Christmas and we live in Texas. It was the closest we could get and it was a hit! It was 80 degrees and the kids were wearing shorts but they didn't care and didn't know the difference. It was easy to mistake (used a large lidded box), didn't smell funny, was non-toxic, and looked like real snow (at least that's what my Texan kids think).
