This is a really cool product. I had a Christmas party in Florida and I needed something special. I think it's not good for the environment so I covered part of my lawn with a tarp and covered it with this snow. I originally made the mix in a wheelbarrow but found it just as easy to pour the cereal bowl where I wanted it and then pour a gallon of water directly on top. I wanted to cover most of my garden but it rained the day before and I had to start mixing everything a few hours before the party so I just did a small patch. It takes a long time to cover a large area and it is so light that it is difficult to cover hilly areas. The flakes really expand a lot and it's pretty cool that you can touch them right away and not get your hand wet. It doesn't look like real snow and doesn't make snowballs, but it does look like snow and everyone was impressed. Some people here said you can reuse it by adding water. Well, after the party it rained too and it just turned to mud/water. It oozed out of the area I covered with the tarp and turned into sludge. I think it will all wash out eventually. Not sure yet if this will affect my lawn. Overall I'm very happy with it.
