The shoe itself is great! The cleat, while a Look Delta cleat, did not work well for the Peloton. The customer service phone number had a full voicemail and you could not leave a message. The seller did respond quickly via email and recommend that I tighten the tension. My shoes and cleat work perfect so that would not have been an appropriate solution when more than one person need to use the equipment. DO NOT PURCHASE! Unable to use because piece supposed to screw onto pipe in order to mount was too large and just slipped down the pipe. Hoped this was a fluke and ordered a second one. I even purchased liquid rosin to help the process but it still won’t absorb into wire and gives me cold joints. Sometimes female sizes are way too snug, so I order the male size. With this being a different brand, the male size small is a bit big on me. Not sure what we expected, but this turned out to be really nice. Lights up nicely, three different temperatures. Magnification is nice and without distortion.
