The shoe itself is great! The cleat, while a Look Delta cleat, did not work well for the Peloton. The customer service phone number had a full voicemail and you could not leave a message. The seller did respond quickly via email and recommend that I tighten the tension. My shoes and cleat work perfect so that would not have been an appropriate solution when more than one person need to use the equipment. Overall, the shoe is great but the cleat did not work and I needed to install a Peloton cleat.
