Useless Junk / Waste of money
Needs expensive tool for install - no other use for it. Set screws to secure cables do not hold - nearly 1/2 failed to hold cable despite maximum tightening of set screws - cable pops out with minimum tension - could not pull taut to keep cable from spreading (as per code). Customer service useless - no response despite several attempts (hours inconvenient only at night). Scrapped entire system and went for a crimped type install. Complete waste of time and money.
