Keep an eye out for them if they are being sold by a reputable seller (ie Revain direct or someone else) as they are the best buds I have ever used. However, the $100 charged here by the third party is just trying to inflate the price. They're under $100 (no side dishes!). Anyway, I went with these quality headphones, which not only sound good, but also last a while (ie none of the earbuds break after a year). While I can't vouch for having them for over a year now (I bought them in early 2012), I definitely feel like they're built to last. Especially since I don't spoil my buds - they were strapped to my zuneHD and stuffed into small bags (though not ideal for comfort) in my bag for a long day of delivery and long trips with no signs of wear. But that's not really what makes them that much better than many of the headphones I've been through: 1. They're incredibly comfortable to wear and will never hang around in your ear. I suspect that the odd shape they have is due to this. Once you put them in your ear and break them a little, I never have to adjust them, try to put them back in, fall out, etc. They just stay right where you put them. This makes these buds excellent if you're exercising or trying to do anything that requires two hands. Because of that and the comfort, once you get into the rhythm, you won't even realize you're wearing headphones.2. Excellent quality. Surprisingly well balanced headphone sound, I can feel the bass and the whole spectrum sounds clear. I'm not a music lover so I can't give detailed breakdowns, but they are of a much better quality than any headphones you can find at your local store for less than $20, and any portable headphones that aren't boxed or included . the same price range. However, there are some minor downsides. Due to their size, it can be inconvenient to put in a tight pocket, especially when wrapping the headphones around your phone/music player. It's actually not a big problem for me most of the time.2. Cable. God I wish they would make it a flat cable instead of the standard round cable. While I haven't had any major issues with this, the cords on these things tend to make it easier to tangle your headphones. It's not a big deal, but it feels worse compared to my flat-cable headset, which doesn't tangle (and thus better protects the cable from damage).3. Don't take them if you plan on sleeping in them unless you're lying on your back. Despite being very comfortable, the size of the buds doesn't allow you to rest your head on anything like a pillow while wearing them. The pillow/surface your head is resting on will press the headphones against your ear, which is very uncomfortable. If you want to sleep in the car to your music, I recommend removing the kidney on the side of your head that will be on the pillow and leaving the other in. This isn't a huge issue for me as I personally prefer headphones that grip no matter what I'm doing than ones that are really comfortable to sleep on (since I mostly listen to music). when I do something). All in all great headphones. Great quality, comfort and the fact that they stay inside is what really sets them apart for me. They seem to be really solid in the 10 months I've owned them, but I can't vouch for whether they last for years or not. Buy these headphones and don't compromise - if you really love listening to music on the go and don't want to lug around bulky headphones, this is the solution for you. Just don't pay too much - $100 is too much. If you can, buy them for $50, the original price.
