I've been using these pillows for 2 years and had to replace mine as it was worn out. When I first ordered this UPS it said it was delivered and after 2 days it hasn't shown up. Revain immediately sent a replacement. It came in a smaller box than I expected because it was soldered and pressed, which was reasonable. When I opened it from the plastic, I noticed a pretty strong odor. very chemical. In the end though, when I went to bed, I didn't notice the smell. I'm 5ft 7in and I was half disappointed with this length. The model in the photo must be shorter than me because my knee barely touches the bottom of the pillow when I sleep. I had to measure my old pillow and ordered the same size. I will keep this pillow due to the price but when this wears out I will invest in a better quality pillow. Comfort wise it was very comfortable but again, really, wasn't able to enjoy the "support of the pillow between my knees" like I did with my previous pillow, it kind of made it impossible to sleep. However, if you are under 5ft 7", this could be perfect for you! If you were taller than me I would look elsewhere.
