It's fast at responding to support tickets which has made the process more efficient as we get our requests answered faster than before. This software is still new for us, but it seems very functional so far! The free trial that they offer was great because I could test how well their product worked with my organization needs; however there are other competitors out there who may be better suited to match your specific business requirements/needs. We have yet to look at any of those options (there were quite many) since this system works fairly well thus allowing us not too much trouble switching over from what seemed like an outdated solution (paper case files). Case management efficiency through automation & streamlined workflow while also ensuring confidentiality between clients by maintaining privacy settings per client file(s); I like the way it's easy to use for anyone who is new at this or someone that has never used any type of document management system before! The interface could be better but overall its good enought if you want something basic with no frills. We are solving our legal department issues by using Legalx as we have been able t o store documents online without having them physically stored on site which makes things more efficient when dealing w/ large volume files.
