I ordered the 2-strap version in gray. This is more of a taupe-gray (warm tone) not a cool gray tone if that is important to you. I ordered the 2-strap because I wasn't sure how comfortable the individual strap would be to wear backpack style. I saw in the Q&A section where someone suggested getting the 2-strap because the 1-strap was too small. According to the pictures shown, you're supposed to put 1 on each side if you have 2. I am not a small person by any means and I have the straps as tight as they will go and they are still huge. Using 1 of these is fine for me. I'd say if you want a 2nd strap to have an extra or just to keep different sizes instead of adjusting 1 of them, get 2; otherwise 1 is fine. The bag is super cute, seems good quality on the outside. The inside lining appears a bit thin, but I'm hoping it will surprise me and hold up. The outer zipper compartments in the front and back are both pretty snug, probably won't hold anything too substantial. I'll test it out later with my keys. Overall this is the size I was looking for. I am a minimalist and I hate carrying a bunch of stuff around and dealing with a large bag (what I consider a large bag is considered a medium bag to a lot of people). I think it will work nicely.
