Review on ๐Ÿฎ Set of 4 White Ceramic Ramekins for Creme Brulee, Pudding, or Desserts by Kevin Cheek

Passable but not OK, good or excellent molds

These four off-white molds are hard to bear but definitely not OK, good or excellent molds. The reason is simple. This is because of their size and shape. When full, they hold less than two ounces. Instead of having straight sides that allow the user to fill them with fruit, custard, or pretty much any decent or soft dessert that's easy to spill, their sides flare out and stretch out so much that all very Soft or liquid desserts do spill this. . Anyone going to serve a three-quarter ounce dessert? Instead of the sides forming a right angle of 90ยฐ with respect to the base, the sides flare out at an angle of about 75ยฐ, making it difficult to store any soft custard, runny or round. trimmed fruit dessert like grapes is difficult. To keep the filling fully in the molds and to prevent spills, you can fill them only 3/4 full on the sides and that's a good day! And who wants to serve such a small amount of pudding or another dessert. Even if you manage to fill these molds with custard or some other type of dessert, who would want to serve such a small amount? DO NOT RECOMMEND
