Good screen but does not diagnose arrhythmias or other anomalies

Screen is clear and stable for a small handheld. It won't tell you if you have atrial fibrillation or bigeminy. In other words, it doesn't diagnose which rhythm is right for me because I know how to read rhythms, it just gives you your overall heart rate.
