Good luck with this zero precision

heartbeat works, looking for atrial fibrillation monitoring. that does not work. Waste of money as you can get a heart rate monitor for $20

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Not bad

Best EKG on Revain, suitable for training and fitness

Readings can be taken with leads or manually. Results can be downloaded to a PC (Windows only) where you can view and print the results on a large screen. No subscription required.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Good screen but does not diagnose arrhythmias or other anomalies

Screen is clear and stable for a small handheld. It won't tell you if you have atrial fibrillation or bigeminy. In other words, it doesn't diagnose which rhythm is right for me because I know how to read rhythms, it just gives you your overall heart rate.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • unreliable

Well designed and easy to use but no beep.

The device should beep with each heartbeat. The first device I got didn't beep no matter what I tried. Turned the beeper off and then back on again. Turned the device on and off multiple times. Tried six times and that's it. I sent it back for an exchange as the unit is well constructed and I hope I found one with a small defect among the thousands that came from the factory. And I hope that this defect is simply due to the sound signal and not the way he read the heart signals.

  • Certified

  • Some nuances

Worth the price: Fitness Technology

Pro:1. Supports continuous mode with or without saving full-length data to PC. Extremely helpful in capturing rare brief symptoms.2. Know how to attach electrodes. Simply attach a standard gel pad to your chest and you will not compress the device during continuous acquisition and the wave will be free of most electrical interference. Powered by 2 removable AAA batteries. (maybe a minus for someone?) Minuses: 1. 20th century looks, 20th century build quality (but still pretty messy), 20th…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Complete junk - seriously, don't waste your money

First of all, the device is of poor quality and the documentation was written by a person who does not speak English. It's hard to follow. The brand I got wasn't even the brand advertised. The software looked like something from the 80's and was very bad (the files were from 2007!). I was able to download the data but nothing else. I couldn't view it, analyze it, or print it out, so it was useless to me. To top it off, I looked at my data and there was someone else's data in memory! Obviously…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are doubts

Reliable and Free, Read NOW!

The first thing I tried was the Alivecor Kardiamobile, which takes the EKG from the fingers. It looked promising, except when warts appeared: after all, you have to subscribe to analyze your readings. In search of confidence, I was looking for another device NOW, not later. I find this Facelake FL20 amazing. Here's why: I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Obviously, my heart rate is in a state of tachycardia (more than 100 beats per minute). Alivecor wouldn't provide results on my rhythm…
