This camera has many features. The main reason I bought it was to replace another waterproof camera from another brand which after 4 years decided it wasn't as waterproof. I checked it out personally and liked the fact that it has two locking mechanisms as well as two different rubber grommets for sealing the battery and memory card compartments. I like the fact that it's durable and strong enough to be used when photographing in attics, basements, etc. thanks to its drop and dust resistance. I also use it when we go to water parks or swim to take photos of my family. The video quality is also very good. I use it to record videos that I upload to social sites like Facebook, YouTube, etc. to share with family and also for our company's website for customer comments. Taking pictures of my boys playing sports, for example, is not the best. All in all a great camera for everyday use from work to leisure. I would buy this camera again at any time.
