This webcam really does everything I hoped it would. There are no drivers to install and it works out of the box on both Linux and Windows. I have a few pros and cons that I want to share with you just to give my opinion on it after using it. The first two things I noticed were details I never noticed on my old webcams that show up here, so keep that clear. And the extreme zoom it has right off the bat, which of course can't be changed at all, just seems a lot closer to my face than it really is to me. ADVANTAGES: 1. Very good image, text and details can be picked up from 4ft away on small text.2. Vivid colors and warmth worthy of showing my tattoo in it.3. No drivers required, very easy to install, works straight away. Yeaay! Ideal for those who dual boot two operating systems like meCONS:1. Feels very close to me and looks a bit narrow. Not for sitting close to a desktop monitor unless it is more than 3 or 4 feet away from you. 2. A bit of grain or digital noise over the video, not sure what that has to do with it, but it's actually not that bad. Although I noticed. For whom is that? Podcasters, YouTubers and Streamers. He's perfect for all these people and I love him. Rather unsuitable for conferences and meetings, as it has such a small viewing radius and a high magnification feeling.
