It is amazing because you can move easily and use many ways to make yourself comfortable. I can put my head on the table and put my foot down when I sleep. Hugging, I can use it to avoid squeezing my husband's hand. It comes with a washable outer bag so it's easy to clean. there are earplugs and eye masks for complete relaxation. great price $
