We bought this watch for a special occasion for our son. It's just beautiful in design and the packaging couldn't be better, so it makes a great gift as long as you set the right expectations for processing and link deletion. The first time I tried to remove the links, the tool broke. I had to take it to a jeweler who attempting to remove it broke the link and had to glue it on. Once we got over that they were so light my son forgot he was wearing them and got lots of compliments. Then the face fell off. Customer service for help was fantastic and they even sent us additional materials. After my son disconnected again playing volleyball, I tried to disconnect again and this time I really took my time and walked slowly. The problem for me was that it was hard to tell which side of the pen the head was on; If you try to push the wrong side out you will fail, and if you force it the wood will not hold the pressure. This time, when I encountered such resistance that the tool's tooth began to bend, I carefully straightened the tool and tried again on the other side. With all of these issues, you might be wondering why I gave it such a high rating, but it's just that the overall value outweighed the issues: it's beautiful and quirky, customized to our liking, and extremely light. I would order it again.
