Our autistic son has never taken a bath. We got lucky in getting him to take 2 a year. The soul was out of the question. He was afraid of getting wet. They didn't exist back then, so I came up with the idea of putting glow sticks in the tub and turning off the light. It worked. Even today, 9 years later, he loves glow sticks in the bathtub. Bathing is no longer a problem. We get them because we know he'll love them! I wish they had been about a decade ago.
