I can't wear socks with my work tennis shoes and they certainly don't smell the best at the end of the day. I needed something to tuck in to sit on at night and they worked great, they're easy to carry, they smell great without being overpowering at all and they definitely helped get rid of the smell. I also keep a pair in my tennis shoes that I wear at home because I had the same problem and they fixed the odor problem in my living room where I keep my shoes, my boyfriend noticed this all the time and of course it is not the best A free thing you'll want to hear lol so I definitely recommend it. I'm not sure why they only give you three when most people have two feet for two shoes. I think it just makes you want to buy two packs
