Great product once familiarised and features add value
It's very easy to use, it helps me understand my business processes better than any other tool I've used so far (as well as being able compare them). The UI is not intuitive for non-technical users like myself - but this could be solved by making some tutorials available online or having more user friendly guides/tutorials made publically avaialble when you buy your software license from PSCI support team? Also there are no good examples of how one can integrate with an existing ERP system using PScience API which makes things difficult at times if that was what we wanted! We have been solving our operational problems such us improving customer experience through faster deliveries etc.,.
Pros
- Easy data import.
- Data model looks great too; eases further analysis down stream in future phases,
- This dashboard should also contain visualizations around sales pipeline stages i wish they would provide these features already!! But still pretty amazing product overall.
