I suffer from hypohydrosis and the worst thing is when I have to go to work in work clothes in the morning - between the shower and the desk my head, face, armpits, chest and back are already sweaty I have many different "clinical" sweat removers -Level used but the only two I recommend are Sweat Block (it's great but you have to apply it at night and let it dry until it tingles a bit). and Gillette Clinical. For sweaty men, I also highly recommend replacing all your tank tops with Thompson Tees - they're pricey, but if you wash them white with a little bleach, they last a lot longer than regular tank tops, they fit great, look great, and those Padding is invisible and extremely efficient. The investment is definitely worth it.
