I'm 5'6, 165 lbs and ordered a size up. It fits very well and is very comfortable, but it's not the best material. At the end of the day there was a hole in the ankle in the pants. I only wore it once for a few hours and it shouldn't fall apart. I'll probably sew it back on and keep it, but I doubt I'll buy another one.
