It came second hand when I ordered a new one.
Received this for my daughter's birthday, when it arrived it was in a plastic bag with no box. It also looks like it has been pre-used, looks like someone tried the colors. The plastic film on the inside of the pallets was also missing. The green palette was also missing. Was very disappointed when I received this!
