Overall a great product for the price. The color is exactly satin nickel (see photo). The reason I deducted two stars is because the towel rail, ring and toilet paper holder are actually plastic. This isn't noticeable just by looking at the iron, but it does feel like it's made out of plastic. Only the parts that are attached to the wall are made of metal. Another reason I subtracted the stars is because the drywall anchors that came with this product don't work. They fall off when in drywall and break easily. My husband was in a bit of pain because of this attitude. We ended up buying good quality drywall anchors from Home Depot to replace the tiny ones that came with the kit. Also, metal hardware ruins the paint on the walls (shown in the toilet roll holder picture) so you'll have to paint.
