Looks great, but unfortunately it's made of plastic. They actually have a satin nickel finish which looks nice. Everything seems to be holding up well. Hardware seems to be a standard that can be bought anywhere, nothing special about it. The instructions that came with mine were misleading and inaccurate. They show a panel that goes along the wall in a vertical direction, but actually has to be placed in a horizontal direction. This is a great product for the price with two exceptions. First off, the anchors it comes with (as other reviewers have pointed out) are complete bullshit. There's a good chance they'll just fall behind your drywall. Therefore, you should seriously consider just buying new ones. What size? No idea. This is an absolute win for the way it looks. Really improves the look of bathrooms when used with other simple, inexpensive upgrades. Feel cheap? No! Besides, you shouldn't get attached to it!
