Hardware seems to be a standard that can be bought anywhere, nothing special about it. The instructions that came with mine were misleading and inaccurate. They show a panel that goes along the wall in a vertical direction, but actually has to be placed in a horizontal direction. Like the others mentioned here, the drywall anchors that come with them don't work, and there's no template, so you'd better make sure you measure properly and get everything accurate. After drilling a 1/4" hole in the drywall, I placed the anchor in the hole and pressed it flush, just like any other time I install a drywall anchor. As I started to drill the screw, the came out Anchors back in. into the wall and wouldn't stick to the drywall. I tried several times but ended up all the anchors sticking in the wall. So you'll have to go to the local hardware store to buy the right one. Oh and I have a few Patching holes in my wall What should have taken about 30 minutes took me hours.
