New review (read the old review first): The company contacted me and said they don't know how I got their hands on an unauthorized product but they wanted to make it by sending me the latest version for free, which they did very quickly. I have to say that by doing this they have restored my confidence in customer service. As for the quality of the product. I've tested several sanding and sanding attachments and at the moment they seem quite comparable to the DREMEL version of the attachments. Maybe not as good or better, but not rubbish either. I would recommend purchasing this kit. 1. Rating: This is not an authorized seller or the listed brand. This is a fake seller. I contacted the company to extend my warranty and when I showed them my purchase information they told me it was a fake seller. The product itself seems legitimate but I have never tried an authorized product, there is no way to tell or compare.
