Review on 🥤 Thermos 16oz Stainless Steel Travel Tumbler with Vacuum Insulation by Crystal Garrett

Purchased 15th March 2015. Still very happy with a few minor issues the product. WHAT IS GOOD? Sipp keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold longer than expected. If left overnight, hot liquids will be warm in the morning and cold liquids will be quite cool. A year later, the Sipp is still completely watertight, even if it is completely upside down. Flaws, but no flaws. + I wash everything by hand, and Sipp is easy to clean, except for the indentation where the cracks are. This may not be a problem if you use a dishwasher. + The locking mechanisms are made of plastic and retain odors. I've tried soaking the plastic pieces in a solution of vinegar, baking soda, and water overnight and the smell lingers for at least a few more days. This becomes noticeable when you use the mug for different types of liquids (e.g. mint tea, infused water, coffee). Place. DO NOT FORCE IT. Unscrew the cap, then press the button before screwing the cap back on. When you press the button, the cover next to the button breaks (which I found to my chagrin). Everything will still work, but it spoils the aesthetics.+ And finally, don't put ANYTHING in the gulp other than liquids (e.g. you'll have a ton of time cleaning it up. (Also discovered empirically)
