Review on ๐Ÿถ Convenient JSNY Portable Doggie Play Pen for Small Dogs โ€“ Ultimate On-the-Go Pet Enclosure by Mindi Gefroh

Lightweight but does the job

Pros: Pros of this playpen: 1.) It is waterproof. Many playpens don't have a floor which has taken away the point of a playpen for us (we have a 9 week old Yorkie puppy who is potty trained (because of the waterproof floor it's easy to put the puppy in the playpen). We have to doing something (like cooking food, going to the bathroom, or getting ready for work) and we don't want to put it in a cage.2.) It's attractive and has neutral colors that don't distract from your decor. 3.)Zipper mesh upper. One of the difficulties we had with this playpen was that after being placed in the playpen twice, our pup figured out how to tip it over and jump out. After we strapped the mesh top on to him, he didn't know how to jump out. 4.) There is a zippered door on the side. You can leave the zippered door open and put treats in the playpen to teach your dog to love going there. 5.) It has stitches on all sides. Sometimes puppies suffer from social isolation when they can't see you. This is a convenient way for your dog to know you're in the room and see what's going on around them without peeing on the floor or disturbing guests at home. 6.) It is easy to fold and take with you. for playing with puppies or on vacation. It has a carry handle and pops out when you want to put it in the house of relatives who don't like dogs. Because it has a waterproof bottom, the dog will never touch its carpet/floor/furniture when you close the top and sides of this handle. Disadvantages 1.) Our puppy likes to nibble on the lattice windows on the side. All puppies cut their teeth sooner or later. He hasn't broken through the web yet, but is beginning to gnaw at it. Because of this, we cannot place him in the arena for more than 30 minutes. I don't think older dogs will do that. 2.) It's very easy. It will turn over if your dog fights it at all. I think if you nail it to the ground you won't have this problem. Indoors, however, it's easy for a dog to move this playpen out of the way and use it as a hamster wheel (it can be fun if you want to).
