Hose comes with a slight nick. We tried sending it back (and got a return label from Revain) but the tube was so naughty that it couldn't be rolled up and put back in the box. It was so frustrating that I gave up trying to grab it - threw it in the bin - trying to coil the hose to fit in the box took 20 minutes of my time which I will never get back. The hose was also incredibly prone to kinks. I have a good quality hose reel that works great with other hoses, but this hose managed to kink even when rolled up in the hose reel. Even when fully extended it might kink unless I had a few people constantly working with the hose to detach it. same cost). If you can't get water through the hose (because of a kink) and won't retract and it's prone to breaks/cuts (depending on how it's done) then this hose isn't for me for any use.
