This zabuton has been quite helpful in use with my Hugger Mugger rectangular meditation pillow/zafu. The best part? I am able to sit longer, in comfort, with less ankle and leg numbness. There is less shifting around to sit, too. I have bony ankles and feet and this cushion has made sitting in meditation so much better. I purchased this as a birthday present for my wife as a meditation zabuton. Her comments were that it allowed her to have better meditation posture while giving excellent comfort. I used the cushion as well and ended up replacing mine with this product - it arrived today. The removable cover looks to be very durable, the cinching strap is strong and fully adjustable. I highly recommend this cushion.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. So far it has not turned lopsided or become crushed in any areas like some pillows can do. I haven't looked to see what its filled with but its holding up just fine with a ton of use.

I bought since the the carpet on my floor was not soft enough for long meditations. This Zabuton is great. Not too heavy, not too large. Easily stored and very comfortable for the ankles. Highly recommend.

This is nice and thick, easily hauled around, which is a real advantage. Wasn't crazy about the color, but that is a minor issue and has nothing to do with its function. It's also reasonably priced.

I purchase this item on May 14, I didn’t have a complain. Except yesterday while sitting to meditate a long needle poked into my thigh. It was very very painful. I down own and never seen a needle this long so I’m pretty much sure it came with pillow. It’s not just pain, I need to see my dr as I have concerns for infection. Be cautious when you get shipment watch it carefully

This is great when you do floor excercises and have lower back problems. I am able to execute yoga positions that would normally hurt my lower spine. I am very happy with purchase.

I have several zabutons. IMHO, this one from Hugger Mugger is superior to the others I purchased (which were cheaper). I got my first Hugger Mugger zabuton 4 years ago. I have used it with meditation pillow on top, folded in in half as a prop too many times to count, used it as a pad for shoulderstand as well as other non-yoga purposes. I looked at all the zabutons on Walmart, read the reviews, and finally chose this one. It cost a little bit more but I have purchased other Hugger Mugger products and have been happy with them. Very nicely made, sturdy but comfy. A good companion piece for my purple Hugger Mugger zafu. Would've given 5 stars except it is pricey for what is a simple cotton-stuffed cushion--plus dry cleaning rather than washing is strongly recommended for the cover. But, now that I have it, I find myself going to my "spot" to meditate much more frequently so that's all to the good.

As a beginning meditator I simply cannot believe how comfortable this Zabuton is. It provides the perfect, firm support for my knees and ankles and accommodates multiple sitting positions (I'm 5' 3"). I love the cinchable carry strap. This is a very high quality cushion made of sustainable products. The problem I have is that it's much smaller than a normal zabuton. I'm 5' 11", and my feet don't fit when I sit a zafu upon this. If I try it length-wise, my knees hang over the sides. The information on this page, as of this review, indicates the cushion is 25" by 34". It is not. The actual size is 25" by 32".If you're smaller that 5' 5", this is probably a great choice.

If you are thinking of buying this zabuton for meditation I would highly recommend it. It's comfortable enough that it takes tension off your feet and knees but its sturdy enough so you can keep your meditation posture. The material is great because it doesn't collect dust. I Just love this thing, I use it 2 sometimes 3 times a day. If you are thinking of meditating for more than 30-45 minutes a day you absolutely must have a zabuton; and I would highly recommend their zafu as well.

This is a quality made meditation cushion and I am sure I will get years of use out of it. However, if you are tall or have really long legs, this cushion will probably be too short--the width is fine.

A very good and durable zabuton. I like the carrying straps and the removable and washable cover. It works well with the zafu from Hugger Mugger for seated meditation.
