If you are thinking of buying this zabuton for meditation I would highly recommend it. It's comfortable enough that it takes tension off your feet and knees but its sturdy enough so you can keep your meditation posture. The material is great because it doesn't collect dust. I Just love this thing, I use it 2 sometimes 3 times a day. If you are thinking of meditating for more than 30-45 minutes a day you absolutely must have a zabuton; and I would highly recommend their zafu as well.
