I had high, high hopes for this yoga mat based on the many positive reviews. I'm 5'10 and wanted to get a new mat that was longer than the traditional mats to fit my height. The mat has very little grip and should only be used for basic stretching. With strong yoga hands, in a downdog, my hands immediately start sliding forward and I have to constantly readjust. My first yoga mat. Very comfortable. I cant kneel whatsoever even for a second on the ground without pain in my knees. I can kneel for long periods of time with this mat.

I bought this mat to do yoga, but my studio does some heated classes, and it works just fine in regular temp classes, but in heated classes and sweating I was sliding around a lot.

The mat is very comfortable and has a good cushion base but already falling apart from wearing sneakers on it a couple times.

I love this mat. I have very sensitive knees so I was looking for a mat with a bit more padding. Previous mats I had bought were thick but had no structure and were too spongey so it was very difficult to find balance. This one is dense and offers great support.

I love it so far. And have used it to stretch and so far so good. I got make up on it by accident and with water and a rag got most of it up. Quality is got for price I’d suggest it.

I got this mat for a studio i go to with hardwood floors. It works like a dream for softness but still have to put my thing $5 mat over it so i have traction for hands and feet.

This mat is great! I’ve used a variety of thicknesses and materials. This one is very good quality. It’s rubbery, but firm. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t absorb smells like some previous mats. It’s sturdy enough to do balancing poses on and flexible enough to not hurt my knees for lower poses. I like that there are different colors and textures for top and bottom.

I am so happy that I have found this. It is easy to roll up and carry around. It’s the perfect thickness for me to do my yoga. I also love the color and the durability. It’s also easy to clean and it’s super comfy.

The texture and the thickness make this mat perfect for me! It has a very soft feel and there is no sliding around. I purchased an expensive Mandella once and haven't used it since I got this one.

Got this mat as a gift for my boyfriends mom and I’m very happy with it! She loves to do yoga but has a cheaper mat that’s always sliding around and is very thin so it gives her little support on her knees so this is the perfect gift I’m sure she will love for Christmas! The mat is a beautiful pink and navy color and is very thick with a good non slip texture on it to prevent you from sliding on it or from it sliding underneath you.

It’s a great mat over all. however, I have a cat and he barely kneaded it and the whole thing is covered in holes. not their fault, but I would say that it’s a frustrating thing.I’ve had lots of mats that he’s kneaded and didn’t have any problems.I also love the color, but you can see dirt pretty easily!

Works great but cannot get over the plastic foamy smell. It smells like arts and crafts from elementary school and its overpowering. Works the way it's supposed to though

It’s thick, the color matches the description and picture. However, when you get sweaty (and it’s easy to be sweaty during yoga), the mat can’t hold you on the spot but super slippery.

This mat is nice for my weekend class at a brewery on concrete floors. I appreciate the thickness, especially my knees! The strap is also nice because it is adjustable nylon, not elastic, so I think it will last a while. It isn’t the most grippy, though. It’s hard to keep my hands from sliding in downward dog.

I have several yoga mats but all are very slippery. I use them for yoga but also for other exercise for standing as well as seated which is why I opted to get a thicker (8mm) and more secure mat. This mat feels great on your feet and is beautiful aesthestically to look at. My pics do not reflect the color well it is more of a rose/coral color. I love that it is PVC free which is also why I purchased it. I cannot give it 5 stars because the pattern is crooked which does not make me happy at all.

Was having problems finding a non slip mat that wasn't too thick for in my bathroom for my elderly father. This is walker friendly, stays put, easy to wipes up spills, was able to cut to size I needed and protects my wood floors. great!I am sure it would be great for yoga too. ;)

I love this yoga mat because it's thick and squishy, and also durable, and stays clean. It rolls really nicely but I wish it had a more functional carrying strap. The strap can be tied to carry the yoga mat but I wish it was velcro or something easier to use.

This mat has been great! It is very soft without being squishy or hard to maneuver on. I am 6'2" and it is long enough for me to fully lay on. Highly recommend this mat for tall people or if you have bad knees/are doing yoga on a hard floor.
