I told my hairstylist that I don't have the money to make a hair mask often and she told me to apply it after the shower and for 30 years leave for minutes . Leave it in a shower cap and dry it with a hot hair dryer. The hair after is amazing. I use it twice a month, one jar lasts a long time.
