I bought this scale for the only purchase to make a sourdough starter and the necessary measurements in grams. Didn't intend to use it for anything else. boy was i wrong! I had it for two weeks. It's awesome! First, I like the gram accuracy in baking and measurements in general. I was concerned that the color and conversion chart for my kitchen was a bit busy, but it's small and can easily fit in a drawer. However, this scale will never leave its home on the counter. It's the perfect size, it's fast, it's accurate and the conversion chart is AMAZING! Now we weigh portions of food etc. For 2020 and good health!
