Very poor workmanship and very disappointed! I ordered two of these and was delighted with the much cheaper alternative to the box and barrel. The flip top of one ottoman would not slip out, although the cushion had detached from the flip top revealing some bare plywood, indicating they were badly molded and cheap velcro straps attached to the wood to secure the pillow. The flip top of the other stool came off with some difficulty, but it's not symmetrical, and neither is the cheap uneven wood inside the cube that has the edge of the wooden flip top, but it robs you of storage space. They can clearly see where someone used a black marker on a rottenly painted piece of wood to try to cover up scratches, but they can't hide the obvious damage to the wood itself.
