I love these glasses. As soon as I put them on, I felt an immediate reduction in the strain on my body. The best thing about them is the protrusion at the top that blocks the light from above your head. I have attached photos to show the size difference. These are not small. You obviously have a big head. As you can see, the other two pairs I'm comparing to are much wider. They seem to fit a man's head well, but I don't have anyone here to compare the heads to :) They come with a great zipped hard case. I also received a second pair of rimless glasses from the seller and I love them too. Much lighter and more comparable to the width of my head. For these, I have to tilt them to stay higher on my face so they don't press down on my cheeks and nose as much (an interesting side effect now that I wear so many blue light glasses). Overall they are great! It's even better if your head is a bit larger but can still work well over other glasses (I tried these over my other clear blue light glasses you can see in the photos) and they block a lot of ambient light which I do think that's a huge bonus.
