I like that it has all of my employees in one place, so if there's an issue with anyone not coming to work or any other problem they can be addressed right away without having to go through email chains.

Also, I love how easy you are able to share documents from one case type to another, which makes life much easier! There have been some improvements recently, but nothing drastic enough to dislike this software at this time. It has gotten better over the past couple years due to new features added regularly by their customer support team members. This product allows me to quickly address issues when needed.
