Review on πŸš’ 54X LED Dash Visor Deck Grille Emergency Warning Light - Interior Strobe Lights for Volunteer Firefighter Vehicles (Red/White) by Kadarius Gentry

Revainrating 4 out of 5

They are great with a little adjustment

I bought these lights a year and a half ago to add inexpensive emergency lighting to my truck (I'm a volunteer firefighter). For the price I wasn't expecting much and I got pretty much what I expected. They are still functional after a year and a half but have never been very bright. I wouldn't dare install them outside and they are meant to be fixed to the grille. On mine I stapled two "sticks" together and attached suction cups to attach to the inside of the rear window. The wires aren't long enough so I had to splice longer wires to get the "control box" within reach. The lights are a bit bright, but only when viewed from certain angles. If they point too far up or down, you'll barely see them from 20 feet away. Every time I turn the device on I have to select the flash mode, it doesn't remember the last mode used. To turn them on, you need to turn on the power button and then press the flash button. For the price I paid they were worth it, but if I didn't want to take the time to install, connect and set them up I wouldn't buy them. take up a lot of space. Disadvantages: 1) Too short wiring from the lamps to the control unit 2) Not very bright / Requires a very specific viewing angle 3) The blinking pattern has to be selected at every power-up
