The first time I bought this product was when I was browsing Target's myriad of tonic brands and noticed the 'Non-Alcoholic Toner' written on the bottle. It has become my favorite and now I only use this tonic. Unlike other toners, this one doesn't have an aggressive drying effect on my facial skin (super duper sensitive), but rather a milder moisturizing effect, as well as a pleasantly mild scent =) I strongly recommend applying about 4-5 drops to a cotton swab and dabbing your face gently after daily cleansing to rehydrate your face after cleansing and removing oil. Skin looks clearer, brighter and more hydrated in minutes!
