I received this product as part of my Christmas present. Because of the many great reviews I put it on my wish list. I have to say I have had hair problems as I consciously remember and I have tried product after product. I have a lot of frizzy hair, which is why I've been using a flat iron every day since middle school. So far I've definitely noticed a difference in my hair. I would say that the product definitely delivers what it promises. I usually use it after showering on wet or damp hair. Then I blow dry and straighten. Definitely makes my hair smoother, shinier, less frizzy and easier to iron. It doesn't weigh my hair down or leave a nasty residue like all the other products I've used. Other products make my hair feel weighed down or just uncomfortable on my hands. I have about 10 bottles of unused hair products that promised the same thing and failed me. I'm pleasantly surprised that this product doesn't end up like the others. I will definitely buy more. The smell of the product can be a bit overpowering at first, but at the end of the day it's worth it!
