Big disappointment at Ball Pit & Accessories
Zero stars for that. Long planned. Stopped working after about 5 minutes. Even before it broke it never worked properly - the balls didn't fall into the bucket but just fell out of the conveyor cups, the balls would get stuck and wouldn't load into the cups no matter how much I adjusted the tension. The crank assembly has become loose and no longer works, and there is no way to tighten it without completely disassembling it. It took me an hour to put together and I'm pretty good at putting things together.
