Bought for a post liposuction procedure so it MUST be tight but I have enough buttocks so it was difficult to find compression that fits my bum but it always compresses still my tummy, it's that, I bought 2! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the crotch hole is really big which makes it easier to urinate but if you have fat thighs they stick out which is ugly you just need to raise the leg holes . I love that they don't roll on the hips and don't roll down!
